Revenue Share Available

An 80/20 revenue-share option is available for qualifying partner deployments: the partner keeps 80% of cloud-service revenue and Kube-DC receives 20% as the platform technology fee. Final commercial terms are confirmed during partner onboarding, and other commercial arrangements may also be available. Kube-DC does not need to own your customer payment flow.

A Clear Responsibility Split

This Responsibility Matrix makes the operating model explicit. Provider responsibility covers infrastructure, connectivity, customer acquisition, pricing, Level 1 support, billing questions and the customer commercial relationship. Kube-DC responsibility under the agreed managed-service model covers the software stack, deployment, configuration, platform updates, monitoring, lifecycle operations and Level 2 and Level 3 platform expertise. 24/7 operations apply only when included in the applicable managed-service agreement.

Billing Is Already Part of the Cloud Platform.

Stripe supports applicable subscription, checkout, invoicing and payment workflows. WHMCS connects existing hosting-provider ordering and plan workflows. Plans, quotas, usage tracking and built-in billing package services and enforce commercial cloud controls.

Your Cloud - Not a Kube-DC Reseller Portal

The white-label model keeps your logo, domain, plans, pricing, invoices and customer relationship with the provider. Customers interact with the cloud service under the provider's brand.

Partner Enablement and Cloud Operations

Partner enablement can include sales playbooks, customer pitch materials, commercial modeling and team training under the agreed onboarding scope. The operating layer includes Organizations, Projects, users and roles, multi-tenancy, VPC, secrets, observability, backups, certificates, plans, quotas, usage, billing, Stripe, WHMCS, Web UI, API, kubectl and AI Skills.
